Inflated Resume?

A number of documents were forwarded to this website that make it appear that a pilot was hired at a higher pay based on false statements in the official justification letter.

One glaring falsehood regards the job and pay he was leaving to take a job on-base. The justification letters were written and signed 2 months after he was furloughed from the airline he was working for. The official reason for the increased pay and bonus was to lure him away from his “lucrative” airline job...one that he had already lost.

The recruiting bonus was an Instructor bonus. Over 3 years after he was hired, this pilot is still not an instructor and he was not allowed to fly as an Aircraft Commander on a rotation to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.
